GP Central Ltd or its suppliers will be referred to as the
‘supplier’
By purchasing anything from our website you are agreeing to
our terms and conditions, please read each section.
Buying from our site and the order process
You can order products displayed on this website on-line only.
As soon as you have completed an order you will receive an
email stating the order has been processed/declined/cancelled. This is a preliminary
email and does not guarantee you the goods. The goods are only confirmed as
shipped when you receive a "completed" email from us meaning your
order has been dispatched.
How/where we deliver
We mainly deliver within the UK but we also offer international
delivery to Europe and the United States, the website will show postage costs
for international countries once you have entered your postal address.
Orders are generally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier. Our couriers
require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please
specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between
these hours. We do not supply any other forms of delivery outside the scope
of the Royal Mail or our couriers terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it.
Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches, this may be due
to stock levels, difficult to package items, or to keep delivery costs as low
as possible for you.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but
we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods
are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please
contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your
order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and
we will refund you any money which you have paid.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Accepted Payment methods
All prices are in UK pounds.
We currently debit money from your account within 48 hours after we have received
your order through our payment process ProTx.
You may pay by any major credit card, debit card (uk only).
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay
by credit card.
Warranty
All goods supplied by GP Central Ltd that do not supply a direct manufacturer warranty
are warranted free from defects for 12 months from date of supply (unless otherwise
stated). This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from
fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third
party, use otherwise than as recommended by the GP Central Ltd or its supplier,
failure to follow the supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried
out without the supplier's approval. For manufacturer warranty for goods please
read terms and conditions supplied by manufacturer. If the goods supplied to
you are damaged on delivery you should notify GP Central Ltd via email within 48
hours.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you
have to do is return it to us in good condition in original unopened packaging
with the original invoice within 28 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of
the item less a standard 10% handling charge.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to
the end of seven working days after you receive the goods at your address, in
which case you must give written notice to the company by email giving the order
number, item ordered and your full details and your RMA number
(see below).
Notification by phone is not sufficient. If you exercise your
rights to cancel after you have received the goods you will be responsible for
returning the goods to GP Central Ltd at your own cost and it is advised to use
a recorded method to show proof of delivery. The goods must be returned to the
address shown below and you must make sure goods have sufficient packaging as
to avoid damage in transit. If you do not return the goods as required, GP Central Ltd
may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer
software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their
nature, cannot be returned.

Payments

Our responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your
use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access
to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond
our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted
expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does
not directly result from something we have done wrong.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of
use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your
misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or
entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online
service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services
for any reason beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Copyright, Trademarks & Data Protection
All rights in the designs and information on our website are
owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual
property rights.
You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the
sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not
be used for any other purpose.
We will use the information which you provide and the records
of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing
purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy (please see help area for more
information).
Links to other websites and services
Our website may contain links to other websites which are not under the control
of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience
only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Limitation of Liability
The Supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise,
arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this
agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability
of the Supplier for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence
or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a business customer the Supplier shall not be liable
to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of
profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses
or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused)
which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
General
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse
you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
GP Central Ltd staff do their utmost to keep the quality of information
as accurate as possible. However GP Central Ltd will not be held liable for any
errors, and any loss or damage you incur due to these errors. If an error is
found in the pricing of goods, GP Central Ltd will inform you as soon as possible
and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or
canceling your order. If GP Central Ltd does not receive an order confirmation within
14 days of informing you of the error the order will be cancelled automatically.
If you cancel, GP Central Ltd will refund or re-credit you of any sum that has been
paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes
will be decided only by the courts of Scotland.
